Candidates, Congress weigh in on energy

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama now supports some offshore oil drilling and use of the strategic petroleum reserves. GOP presidential candidate John McCain also supports more drilling. Meanwhile Congress is making some moves to compromise that may be too little too late.
